This is a very simple dessert to make. I have made several times over the summer and has been perfect with any meal.
1- 8 ounce package of Cream Cheese
1- 12 ounce tub of Cool Whip
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapples (drained)
1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 Cup Dates (chopped)
Mix cream cheese and maple syrup in mixing bowl until blended well.
Add Cool Whip, Pineapples, Walnuts and Dates to cream cheese mixture mixing well.
Once mixed pour into a 9-inch pie plate
Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving
