If you are on the hunt for a quick and easy peach cobbler in the instant pot, you have found the perfect recipe! The flavors of this recipe are on point and with the help of the Instant Pot Duo Mini, I can cook this in no time.
I got the Instant Pot Mini and it is a perfect size. You can buy the Instant Pot in three different sizes, and I have the smallest of the three. It is a 7-in-1 multi-use programmable pressure cooker, that is user-friendly. You can use as a pressure cooker, make rice, use as a slow cooker, saute and sear, steam, and use as a warmer. It also offers 11 Smart Built-In Programs – Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Bean/Chilli, Slow Cook, Sauté/Searing, Rice, Porridge, Steam, Yogurt, Keeps Warm, and Pressure Cook.
The Instant Pot Is the Top Gift This Holiday Season
The Instant Pot is probably the top holiday gift on pretty much everyone’s wish list this year. It is the perfect kitchen gadget to allow you to use one appliance in multiple ways and reduce the cook time on meals and side dishes! I have used this so much already and really find it is easy to use and works great. I love how you can go from making a dessert like this peach cobbler to making a rice to serve up with dinner. I love how it is so versatile.
It takes up minimal kitchen counter space, which is nice because I don’t have a ton of room. It seems like the perfect size for our family. I do recommend if you are wanting to cook larger meals to buy a bigger size, mine is 3 quart and I think a larger one would be a better fit for a larger family.
I made this Peach Cobbler in the Instant Pot in ten minutes. It had a quick cook time and then you allow it to release pressure for ten minutes and then you can serve up this warm and creamy cobbler. It is very versatile and you can switch up any filling if you prefer mixed berries, apples, or any other fruit.
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 Cans of Peach Pie Filling
How to Make:
- Pour the pie filling into the bottom of the Instant Pot Bowl.
- Then melt your stick of butter and then mix it with your cake mix and cinnamon. It will create a crumbly texture. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the peaches.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure and cook for 10 minutes. Slow release for 10 minutes and then remove the lid. Serve up with a scoop of ice cream.
That is all it takes to make this, quick and easy like I said above! If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you might want to get one soon! They are so handy and really making cooking so much easier.
