My Starting Weight: 147

My Goal Weight: 125

After Week  1 Weight: 144 (Loss 3lbs on Fast Five)

After Week 2 Weight: 143

Breakfast: Banana Nut Muffin, Cinnamon Strudel Bar, Chocolate Muffin, Blueberry Muffin, Harvest Nut Bar, Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Bran Flake Cereal, Waffle, Pancakes, French Toast

Snack: Protein Shake (Choc & Vanilla), 1-oz. String Cheese, Bolied Egg, Baby Carrots, Light Strawberry and Banana Yogurt

Lunch: Ham and Bean Soup, Chicken and Beans Burrito, Chicken and cheese Quesdilla, Three Cheese Chicken, Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, Double Chocolate Bar, Chicken Tortilleni

Snack: Same as above

Dinner: Chicken Tortilline, Italian Herb Flat Bread Pizza, Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Chili N Beans, Pizza

Dessert: Red Velvet Whoppie Pies, Fudge Bars, Cookies, Chocolate Melts, Cheese Puffs, Snack Mix, Ice Cream Sandwich

Water Intake:  8-9 glasses of water #2. 


 It was great to start week 2 because there was more options for the menu. You get breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert. I am thankful to be working toward changing my eating habits, drinking more water and starting my journey to a healthier me.
