I have recently been accepted in the Nutrisystem Blogger Program. With that being said I am well under way on my third week so I will be creating three separate posts of my progress. 

Week #1 includes Fast 5

My Starting Weight: 147

My Goal Weight: 125

My Height 5’1


For Week 1 my eating consisted of things that came in the Fast5 Box only. 

Breakfast: Banana Nut Muffin, Cinnamon Strudel Bar, Chocolate Muffin, Blueberry Muffin, Harvest Nut Bar, Chocolate Chip Granola Bar

Snack: Energizing Shake, 1-oz. String Cheese, Baby Carrots

Lunch: Three Cheese Chicken, Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, Double Chocolate Bar, Chicken Tortilleni

Snack: Craving Crushers Shake, Steamed Veggies

Dinner: Italian Herb Flat Bread Pizza, Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Chili N Beans, Pizza

No Dessert for week 1

Water Intake:  4-5 glasses of water first two days. 8 glasses the rest of week #1. 


The Fast 5 is an awesome plan. Even though I did not loose 5 lbs I still saw my weight drop a few digits. Would I have rather lost the full 5 lbs. yes but I was thankful to change my eating habits, drink more water and start my journey to a healthier me.
