I am a little behind updating so here is my week 4 results. I am a  Nutrisystem Blogger!  Be sure to keep checking back weekly for my results. 

Week #4 Results

My Starting Weight: 147

My Goal Weight: 125

After Week 4 Weight: 141

My Height 5’1

Breakfast: Banana Nut Muffin, Cinnamon Strudel Bar, Chocolate Muffin, Blueberry Muffin, Harvest Nut Bar, Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Bran Flake Cereal, Waffle, Pancakes, French Toast

Snack: Protein Shake (Choc & Vanilla), 1-oz. String Cheese, Bolied Egg, Baby Carrots, Light Strawberry and Banana Yogurt, Cherry Pie Whip Yogurt (lite)

Lunch: Ham and Bean Soup, Chicken and Beans Burrito, Chicken and cheese Quesdilla, Three Cheese Chicken, Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, Double Chocolate Bar, Chicken Tortilleni

Snack: Same as morning snack (I just choose one)

Dinner: Chicken Tortilline, Italian Herb Flat Bread Pizza, Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Chili N Beans, Pizza

Dessert: Red Velvet Whoppie Pies, Fudge Bars, Cookies, Chocolate Melts, Cheese Puffs, Snack Mix, Ice Cream Sandwich

Water Intake:  8-9 glasses of water. 

 

Thoughts:

I am still enjoying my #nsnation journey and look forward to seeing a better decrease in weight loss in the upcoming weeks. My food thought: I have found several dishes are spicier than others and one meal I did not like at all.
