Lasagna is always a big hit in my house and takes little time to prepare. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!


1lb. Ground Beef

1/2 Medium Sweet Onion, diced

1/2 Large Bell pepper, diced

1/2 lb. Dry Lasagna Noodles (9 noodles)

1/4 C. Sugar (only use your desired amount)

1- 28 oz. can Tomato Sauce

1- 16 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes

1- 3 oz. can Tomato Paste

1l b, Ricotta Cheese

1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese

3/4 lb. Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Powder (pinch)

Oregano (pinch)

Italian Seasoning (pinch)

Salt (to taste)

Garlic Salt (pinch)

Parsley (as desired)

1- Garlic Clove, minced

White Vinegar (dash)

*All pinch ingredients are to your taste*


Add hamburger meat, onions and peppers in pan and brown. 

Add minced garlic last 30 seconds to meat mixture.


Combine all ingredients except cheeses to pan. Simmer for 30-45 minutes to thicken.

Boil noodles according to box directions.

In a 13 x 9 glass dish layer by starting with meat mixture on bottom, three noodles, Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese (every 2 inches), Parmesan cheese. Repeat.

Finish with noodles on top, meat sauce, rest of cheeses. 

Cover with tinfoil.

Bake on 375 for 45 minutes.
