Summer has definitely heated up and while we are enjoy playing outside as much as we can some days the heat is just unbearable. When the kids run inside they want something cold like popsicles and ice cream but if you are like me they don’t need that extra sugar to keep them wound up. Instead I’ve been treating the boys with Yoplait Yogurts with 25% less sugar that are available at Publix. With 25 different flavors there are so many ways to enjoy Yoplait Yogurt. Today I decided to use my fresh peaches and make some Freshly Baked Peach Parfait using Yoplait 25% less sugar Harvest Peach.
You will need:
2 Cups of Yoplait 25% less Harvest Peach (Or you can use French Vanilla or Original)
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Granola (I used Vanilla Almond)
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Simply dice peaches into cubes and place on a baking sheet. Bake peaches for 20 minutes until they begin to caramelize. While they are baking take your yogurt, honey, sugar and salt and combine in a bowl. After peaches have cooked and cooled for a few minutes it’s time to start layering. Place yogurt in bottom of glass (whatever you are going to use), then add layer of peaches, a little granola and then repeat until your glass is full. Top with remainder of granola. Enjoy.
**Optional** Garnish with a Peach wedge.
