If you are just joining us I am a member of Netflix Stream Team where I receive the latest movies, shows, a year subscription so that I can share all them with you.

We are a Netflix streaming family who loves our movies and T.V. shows. There is nothing like coming home from dropping the kids off to watch one of my shows while the house is quite or when the kids come home from school and get homework done they want to watch their shows and even better at night when the hubby and me are lying in bed we are watching a show together. There is hardly a time in the house when someone isn’t watching Netflix, but sometimes letting the kids decide what they’re all three going to watch can be a task that takes a little bit to complete. It seems it’s always 1 against 2, or 2 against 1 and sometimes I get lucky they all 3 can agree.

We’re celebrating National Siblings Day on April 10th with Netflix by sharing with you how I can get the kids to come together and agree on their shows and some of the shows on their playlists.

How to train your Dragon 2

Yo-Kai Watch is now streaming on Netflix and that is a must every morning on the way to school and the way home since they just finished all of the Total Drama Action Seasons. These are two shows they agree on and it’s good for me when I can find something they all three love. Some other T.V. shows and movies they have enjoyed watching together is Goosebumps, The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, Power Rangers, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, HOME, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, How to Train Your Dragon 2, LEGO: City, The Hulk and there are many more. They actually have their own playlists of movies and shows they like and want to watch. It seems the list keeps growing by the weeks.

Most of you are probably wondering how I get the boys to agree on what to watch. Our method is simple they each pick a number one to ten. The two closest pick the movie or if they can’t agree then we go through a list of some of the shows and they have to agree 2-1 or 3-0 or they watch regular T.V. as you can see they usually choose pretty quick. There are times when they just don’t wont to agree (you know those times when they are in their moods) well I usually pick the one who isn’t being moody. lol. Hey I have to do what works so they aren’t arguing over the T.V. all the time.

Still Can’t Decide?

Since we know getting a collective answer can be easier said than done, Netflix has created an iconic fortune teller to help your family decide what to watch next. Even better, create your own.

How to play:

1. Pick a color on the top four flaps and spell out the letters (e.g. B-L-U-E) while alternating a pinching and pulling motion with the teller to reveal a set of four numbers.
2. Pick a number and move the fortune teller the corresponding number of times, revealing a second set of four numbers.
3. Choose a genre and open the flap to reveal what’s up next on Netflix.
