Life of a Southern Mom had a chance to dine out at Bonefish Grill. Our local Bonefish Grill is located about 40 minutes away from our home in Augusta, GA. My husband and I first dined at Bonefish Grill about two years ago and visit at least two to three times yearly. Parents with little kids know that having a date night comes vary rarely or at least in our home with three small kids under the ages of seven.
Bonefish Grill is known for their atmosphere and delicious food. When visiting Bonefish Grill it is always highly recommended that you start with a nice appetizer like their famous Bang Bang Shrimp. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer is crispy, tender shrimp in a creamy, spicy sauce that is just delicious. Greg is always one to try new things on the menu but I stick with the basic meat, potato and salad. When dining at Bonefish Grill it reminds me of a bistro type with white paper on the tables, nicely folded napkins, and a romantic atmosphere that is perfect to enjoy your night and meal. They have a wide selection of menu items as well as your drink needs.

“Sea-lebrities” are making an appearance near you! For a limited time only, seafood lovers can satisfy their cravings for prime delicacies of the ocean at Bonefish Grill with succulent dishes like Lobster Stuffed Shrimp, Misoyaki Sea Bass and Pretzel Crusted Tuna.

Our server arrived to our table soon after we were seated and he began taking our drink orders, shared the appetizers on special and told us all about their special Sea-lebrities promotion.

Greg ordered the promotional Ocean Trust Tropic Heat Martini made with house-made infused Absolut vodka pineapple, freshly muddled mango, lemon juice and a thin slice of jalapeno. Definitely made with a kick but an awesome drink. Each Ocean Trust Tropic Heat Martini purchased donates $1 to Ocean Trust to help conserve and protect our oceans. We also received a mini vodka bottle with a complimentary coupon inside for purchasing one of these special drinks.

For our appetizer we enjoyed the Lobster Stuffed Shrimp that is butterfly shrimp with a creamy lobster, shrimp imperial stuffing topped with a lemon caper butter sauce.

Our dinner we enjoyed the Imperial Sea Bass dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. The Imperial Sea Bass was stuffed with shrimp, scallops and lumpy crab meat paired with garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and house salad. I enjoyed their 8oz. Filet Steak with garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and house salad.

Our overall experience at Bonefish Grill was a great date night/Mother’s Day dinner with my husband. Our waiter was super friendly and our food was outstanding. It was a pleasure meeting the manager who made sure we had everything we needed. We have dined there several times before and we enjoy it a little more each time we visit. We will definitely be making reservations soon for another night out. If you are looking for a nice, adult restaurant with great food and service, we highly recommend Bonefish Grill.
